Meet Adrienne
As a clinical social worker, I have extensive education and experience with different areas of mental health from schools, residential treatment, intensive outpatient and outpatient. I obtained my Master Degree in Social Work with an emphasis on Children, Youth and Family from University of Southern California to support my clinical expertise.
My goal for our time together is to build a positive and supportive relationship, work collaboratively, obtain realistic goals, increase attunement to yourself and needs, and create sustainability.

Anxiety
Anxiety affects approximately 284 million people annually. Working with me, we will learn to manage anxiety, create healthy, sustainable coping skills to lead to a fulfilling lifestyle.
Trauma
Big T or little t, we have all experienced trauma in our lives that has an impact whether we are aware or not. Trauma can come in many forms that need to be addressed with empathy, care and mindfulness. With my extensive knowledge and background in trauma work, we can work together to process and move forward in the best way for yourself.
Adjustment
Between 2-8% in the population are affected by Adjustment Disorder. Together we will work together to help create the appropriate steps to make appropriate changes, growth and increase engagement in every day living.
